Live arrival is guaranteed except on shipments delayed or mishandled by carrier.

On packages shipped between temperatures of 45 degrees to 90 degrees ..  Live Arrival Guarantee  is VOID  if shipped  below 45 degrees or over 90 degrees ...

Must be present at 1st delivery attempt or any  guarantee offered  is null & void .

Will ship with either Hot packs or Cold packs in an insulated box.

We cannot be held responsible for mishandling or delays of shipping company .If animal arrives deceased we must be notified within  4 hours and a credit or replacement will be given  at our discretion ,if no replacement is available then a credit  will be issued again at our discretion (minus shipping costs).. If Credit is issued  and a  different animal is purchased as replacement additional shipping costs will be buyers responsibility to pay   ... In some cases the deceased animal may need to be shipped back to us here at our facility at customers expense ...

We offer a 10 day proper sexed guarantee , but please keep in mind it is also  the buyers responsibility  to double check once the animal(s) are recieved , after 10 days we will not  offer a guarantee . Mistakes are human and they do happen.. We will offer a replacement (credit) if its available  for  a corrected sex of the animal in question ,if no animal is available , a refund will be discussed with the buyer.. But the animal will have to be returned for verification before any part of the guarantee will be honored . Photos of every animal(s)  purchased from us are taken  before being shipped for verification that the same animal(s) are returned .
